The Stable Block is a unique small holding of approximately 1.89 acres offering flexibility on use and containing a large paddock with stables and a brick built storage shed.
The stable block is accessed via a large secure gate which opens out into a courtyard with two stables, tack room and large block-built storage shed; there is an area of hard standing for general storage. The paddock is accessed via a gate and is surrounded by additional land currently used for vegetable growing and keeping pigs and chickens. There is also a large polly-tunnel which will be included in the sale. Mains power and water are connected to the site, which offers excellent scope to create a special small holding; alternatively to keep animals or a mixture of both.
